        Hello! I'm Madara. Freelance photographer. Latvian. Since 2008 I've been traveling and living in different countries, such as Germany, Venezuela, Greece, Angola, spent quite a time in Uganda, currently living in The Netherlands. The travel bug and the unbearable keenness of exploring, seeing, feeling and experiencing life in other countries and cultures got me way before 2008, but that was the breaking point for me to go and explore the world. 

   

  I like to observe. Life. Its precious moments, people, their facial expressions, wonders of nature, everything. To see, not to look. Although I studied journalism and spent some part of my life working in television and show business, my wish to capture and share what I see through a lens, won over. Photography has been my addiction since I can remember myself, but on 2010 I took a decision to follow my passion.

 

  I'm a self- taught photographer. I follow my heart and trust my intuition. Through my photos I try to show to others what I see, notice, feel, observe with my eyes and soul.
